General Terms and Conditions – Crazy Guitars Webshop

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Crazy Guitars webshop and to every agreement concluded between Crazy Guitars webshop and consumer, both nationally and internationally, via the webshop. For international orders, where applicable, the consumer rights of the relevant EU country apply in addition to these conditions.

3. Offer and prices

  • All prices are stated in euros, including VAT.
  • Shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process.
  • Offers are valid while stocks last or within the indicated period.

4. Delivery

  • Vinyl albums are shipped worldwide, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Digital downloads are available for international customers after payment.
  • Wine is delivered exclusively within the Netherlands.
  • We strive for delivery within 1–3 working days (for physical products). Delivery times outside the Netherlands may vary.

5. Age restriction (only applicable to wine)

  • We do not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
  • When ordering wine, the customer declares to be 18 years or older.
  • Proof of identity may be requested upon delivery. In case of doubt, delivery will be refused.

6. Right of withdrawal For physical products (vinyl, wine):

  • The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving reasons.
  • After reporting the return, the consumer has another 14 days to actually return the product.
  • Opened wine bottles cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • Vinyl albums may only be returned if unused and in original packaging.

For digital downloads:

  • For digital products (music downloads), the right of withdrawal expires if:
    • The consumer has expressly agreed to direct delivery of the product before the end of the cooling-off period, and
    • The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby waive the right of withdrawal.
  • Note: this consent is requested during the purchase process of digital downloads.

7. Exclusion of right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • Opened wine bottles
  • Digital content (downloads), if the conditions from article 6 have been met

8. Return procedure

  • Returns can be reported via info@crzgtrs.com or via the return form.
  • Return shipments are at the customer’s expense and risk.
  • Upon correct return, the customer receives the full purchase amount including original shipping costs (for complete return) back within 14 days.

9. Payment

  • Payment takes place via the offered payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, etc.).
  • Products are only delivered after successful payment.

10. Warranty and conformity

  • We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement and the legal quality requirements.
  • In case of a defect, you can contact us via info@crzgtrs.com for an appropriate solution.

11. Liability

  • Crazy Guitars is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
  • We do not accept liability for damage resulting from incorrect use of products.

14. Applicable law

  • Dutch law exclusively applies to these general terms and conditions.
  • For international consumers within the EU, the consumer rights of the relevant country apply additionally.
